Receiving an acknowledgement of their results in the form of a certificate sent personally to them really works to improve self-belief in their abilities. And, very importantly, if they are finding something difficult, they can talk to our qualified teachers on a one-to-one basis; they can be open about the difficulty they are experiencing without anyone from their class or school knowing anything about it.
